Dewey’s Bakery is taking the snacking to a whole new level with our new line of Moravian Style Mini Cookie Thins and Chocolate Dipped Moravian Style Cookie Thins! The same great taste you know and love, with a little more variety in size and flavor.

Mini Thin flavors include Meyer Lemon, Salted Caramel and Brownie Crisp. The Lemon Cookie is created with a splash of cold-pressed Meyer Lemon Oil, a sprinkle of lemon zest and a dash of pure cane sugar to build a perfect balance of sweet and tart! The Salted Caramel maintains that traditional rich, velvety caramel taste enhanced with a few sprinkles of premium sea salt for some extra flavor. The Brownie Crisp, reminiscent of irresistible brownies fresh out of our bakery oven, includes melted semi-sweet chocolate and premium cocoa powder for sweet, chocolaty goodness that’s just like the crispy edges of our homemade brownies!

These new Moravian Style Mini Cookie Thins give indulgence a new meaning by being both guilt-free and convenient! The variety of packaging for these new Mini Thins make on-the-go enjoyment so much easier. They will be available in single serve pouches for on-the-go snacking and 5-ounce pouches for everyday indulgence. Even better… each cookie has only 6 calories or less! Watching a movie? Who needs popcorn when you can treat yourself with these thin, delicious mini cookies!

Additionally, for the chocolate lovers, we will be introducing new Chocolate Dipped flavors in our classic Moravian size, including Salted Caramel, Brownie Crisp and Mint baked with pure peppermint oil! Scott Livengood is the owner and CEO of Dewey’s Bakery, Inc., a commercial wholesale bakery with a respected national brand of ultra premium cookies and crackers.

Previously, Scott worked at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for 27 years, starting as a trainee in 1977. He was appointed President of the company in 1992, then CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Scott has served on numerous boards including the Carter Center, the Calloway School of Business and the Babcock School of Management, Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County, and the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce.

He started a new business, StoryWork International, in 2016 with Richard Stone. The signature achievement to date is LivingStories, a story-based program for improved patient experiences and outcomes in partnership with Novant Health.
