Last year in April, Dewey’s Bakery began planting a community garden at its production facility and corporate office in Winston-Salem.

The staff and their families came out to help plant vegetables and enjoy some hot dogs and Dewey’s ice cream. Employees who help maintain the garden can help themselves to the fruits of their labor.
