Winston-Salem, NC – Dewey’s Bakery is launching a variety of new mouth-watering cookie flavors at the Summer Fancy Food Show at Booth # 5206. The bakery’s latest innovations include cookies for chocolate lovers who want to indulge in moderation, convenient packaging for on-the-go snacking, and festive flavors that capture the essence of the season.
Get It While It’s Hot
Dewey’s Bakery is introducing The Doughnut Shop, a new line of Soft Baked Cookies inspired by classic doughnuts – all topped with a layer of authentic doughnut glaze. First-time limited edition flavors include Cinnamon Bun, Chocolate Glazed Doughnut, Old Fashioned Glazed Doughnut, and Apple Fritter. This line will be available early 2019. (SRP $4.99)
New Treats For Chocolate Lovers
Inspired by its classic Moravian Style Cookie Thins, the bakery is launching a variety of chocolate dipped flavors, which include Chocolate Dipped Brownie Crisp, Chocolate Dipped Salted Caramel, and Chocolate Dipped Mint. These cookies will be shipping in mid-September and are packaged in 5.5-ounce boxes. (SRP $4.99)
Mini Cookie, Giant Flavor
Dewey’s Bakery will also debut new Moravian Style Mini Cookie Thins, available in two sizes: 1.5-ounce single serving pouches for on-the-go snacking (SRP $1.89) and 5-ounce pouches for anytime indulgence (SRP $4.99). Flavors include Brownie Crisp, Meyer Lemon, and Salted Caramel. Each cookie is packed with flavor and has just 6 calories or less. This line will also be in market later this year.

New fall flavors are available in festive packaging to celebrate the season. Moravian Style Cookie Thins are available in Apple Cider and Pumpkin Spice. Soft Baked Cookies include Apple Spice Cake and Pumpkin Pie. Fall flavors will be available in August of 2018 (SRP $4.99).
New Holiday flavors include Moravian Style Cookie Thins in Hot Cocoa and Gingerbread. Soft Baked Cookies are available inDark Chocolate Mint and Triple Chocolate Brownie. Holiday varieties launch in October 2018 (SRP $4.99).
And for Valentine’s Day, Dewey’s Bakery is offering a multitude of new cookies, including Heart Shaped Raspberry Shortbread Cookies topped with powdered sugar, Heart Shaped Chocolate Dipped Moravian Style Vanilla Mini Cookie Thins, Heart Shaped Brownie Crisp Moravian Style Cookie Thins, and Heart Shaped Moravian Style Vanilla Cookie Thins. These products hit shelves in 2019 with an SRP of $4.99.

Scott Livengood is the owner and CEO of Dewey’s Bakery, Inc., a commercial wholesale bakery with a respected national brand of ultra premium cookies and crackers.
Previously, Scott worked at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for 27 years, starting as a trainee in 1977. He was appointed President of the company in 1992, then CEO and Chairman of the Board.
Scott has served on numerous boards including the Carter Center, the Calloway School of Business and the Babcock School of Management, Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County, and the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce.
